Our Siberian Kittens Have Grown Up

Pictures of Siberian Cats (and colors) from Our Cattery

Some of our babies have grown up and have trained their humans to take photographs and send them to their original family. Here are some of the results.

Shiara is the perfect cat. She loves everyone yet is more attached to our daughter than anyone else in the family and follows her from room to room. She even gets along with our Jack Russell Terrier. Shiara loves everyone, including our male friends/family that insist they are allergic, but they don’t react when Shiara lovingly rubs up against them. Say hi to everyone in your family and give Shiara's parents a kiss for me.

She has completely CHARMED my husband who does not usually like pets very much at all. She has been so loving, so friendly, so funny, so affectionate, so sweet that he has become very fond of her in a very short time. He and I are so happy that we are NOT allergic to her! I am so VERY happy to have such a WONDERFUL new child joining my family! She has been such a joy. She INSISTS on helping me work the computer--she sleeps by my feet on the quilt by the printer, or on the papers on top of my desk. Until she's tired she climbs all over everywhere, like a jungle gym, and thinks that I should run the computer only while petting her with BOTH hands. It's obvious to her that my trackball should be run by resting my right hand on her HEAD and rotating THAT! Sometimes she is VERY insistent about that particular configuration for my computer peripheral hardware... Well, I hope you get to have as much fun with your NEXT litter of kittens, also. Thank-you for sharing your favorite with me. She IS special.

He is a pretty happy, spoiled cat and Paul and I love him. He is such a people cat,""Dusty is doing fine. He is our cute little

Dusty is doing fine. He is our cute little devil cat and has grown up to be a moose. He is so regal looking, big and just beautiful. We don't let those good looks fool us though, inside that beautiful cat is a little scamp.

Scout is very big and a huge fluffy tail. They are so social with us and with friends. Scout is fearless. He is not scared of the vacuum sound. Scout is very playful and always on alert for action. Kimba is so sweet and always williing to cuddle with any of us. They love to sleep in our sinks. Just today, Scout figured out how to get to a very tricky landing in our house, he first slides down a banister to the ledge. Lately Kimba has been jumping very easily up on to our high ledges, just jumping from one to the next. One is 12 feet high. She balances on our stair handrail and jumps up.

Scout and Kimba are doing wonderful. We recently purchased a cabin in the mountains and take them with us. We have found that they love being in their kitty crate (I bought one that they both fit in) and the car. They absolutely love having a different house to roam and play in as well. When I get the crate out they come running to get into it. I am still amazed how <dog like? their behavior can be. They are so curious with anything new we bring in the house. Of course they still love their jumping to the highest points, especially Kimba. Scout is absolutely fearless. When I vacuum, the sound doesn't bother him and he doesn't move out of the way. Kimba is definitely the boy's kitty as she sleeps with one of them each night and always jumps on the sink when they are washing hands or teeth. Scout loves to sit where Jim sits and can purr so loud.

I just wanted to thank you again. The kitties are sooo wonderful! Silver meows to be carried around like a baby and climbs up on the nearest lap when he wants to take a nap. Snowy gets more and more beautiful every day (we’ve been taking pictures, but haven’t gotten them on the pc yet). Both of them sleep in Meghan’s bed at night- which she is very happy about. Matthew has no allergy symptoms whatsoever; turns out I have some allergy symptoms, but am ok unless they sit in my lap for several hours (hard to resist) or I lie down in Meghan’s bed.

Yesterday, we took our babies to Petsmart to sit on Santa's lap. They actually enjoyed it! The cats are doing very well! They're so funny, they still love to play in water and play fetch.

Koa's coat/tail got REALLY thick. It's amazing! Koa still jumps into strange places -- literally leaping before looking. Koa is absolutely lovable and sweet.

I didn't want my kitty to be raised in cages. I think I now have a thing for explorer type cats, and I really like the curious adventure type spirit . Koa's winter coat is 2-3 inches thick and dense as a rabbit's. He is now 10 months old and weighs in at 12 lbs. Koa is absolutely lovable and sweet.

Meghan was positively beaming this morning. After we turned off her lights for the night, the kitties wrestled with each other for a few minutes, then climbed into bed with her. She says they slept with her, one on either side, most of the night. This morning everyone was very playful. After the kids left for school, the kitties cuddled-up with Betsy on the couch and went to sleep (Betsy’s favorite thing!).

Punkin and I are very happy together. He seems not to like water, but he likes to get into my shower while it's still wet and walk around. I am so happy you brough Punkin into our lives!

Siberian Cat Sunny: brown (black) mac tabby

Hopefully the images indicate that her coloring is becomming more intense, and she is now carrying her latte colored tail in the nearly upright position most of the time.

Just as you had indicated, she is truly an affectionate and playful cat. It's easy to tell she was raised in a loving environment, she's friendly with everyone.
